The Clinical Medical Assistant Program at Blue Cliff College

Our Clinical Medical Assistant Diploma Program is designed to provide you with all the technical and hands-on training and experience needed to be successful in Clinical Medical Assisting. Through coursework and real-world experience, some of the skills you can expect to learn are:

  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Taking and recording patient vital signs
  • Preparing patients for examinations
  • Entering patient information into medical records
  • Preparing blood samples for laboratory testing

 

Our curriculum will introduce you to a number of fundamental healthcare courses, including medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, CPR and first aid, phlebotomy, pharmacology, and more, setting you up for a successful healthcare career now and many career advancement opprtunities for your future.
